Swatch Comparison Sunday - Royal Blue

Happy Sunday!
Usually I hate Sundays but I'm off school the next week for Spring break so I'm a happy camper!

Oh and it's Swatch Comparison Sunday so that's exciting.

This week I decided to compare my royal blue polishes.

Sally Hansen Pacific Blue
Essie Butler Please
Sinful Colors Endless Blue
Revlon Royal

Here's what each looked like on my nails.

Okay it's very clear that the first three are very similar.

Starting with Pacific Blue: This is one of my favorite polishes. I feel like its a staple in any girl's nail polish collection. Being only $2.50 ish this polish is just perfect. For this swatch I used two coats but you could probably make it work with just one.

Next is Butler Please. Now this polish is very close in color to Pacific Blue. I couldn't believe how similar they actually are. The formula, on this one however, was the worst. I used two coats for this swatch. Since it is so bright and neon, it dries very quickly. This means that it gets thick very quickly. This was the only one I put top coat on because it dries pretty almost matte.

Next is Endless Blue. This is my favorite out of the three similar polishes. It may be hard to tell in the photo but it's definitely brighter than the others. The formula is pretty good too. For this I used two coats although I think one could work. and at only $2 there's no way you should buy Butler Please. Hooray Sinful Colors!

Lastly is Royal. This polish isn't quite as similar as the others but I thought it was good to see compared to true electric blues. Obviously this polish is darker. For this swatch I used two coats. It's a jelly polish, meaning two things: one, you can slightly see my visible nail line and two, it's pretty shiny, even without top coat.

I hope this was helpful! If I had just one polish to own out of the four it would definitely be Endless Blue. Not only is it the cheapest but it's the brightest with a great formula.

Until next time,
