Swatch Comparison Sunday - Turquoise

Last night I had this epiphany and I'm going to try to make Sunday my day for posting nail polish comparisons.

So Happy Swatch Comparison Sunday!

It's not too practical but I actually do have a lot of polishes that are similar in color. Hopefully these posts can help you with purchasing polish in the future!

Since I have the most Turquoise polish, I decided to start there.

Here's a photo of the polishes I compared first.

So here I have

Zoya Wednesday

China Glaze Too Yacht Too Handle

China Glaze For Audrey (my bottle is kind of discolored)

Island Girl Surfer Babe

In the bottles, they all look pretty similar so let's get to the actual swatch!

I'm going to go in order with the polishes and start with Wednesday. This polish was nearly a one coater but I used two coats in this swatch just two be safe. Like most Zoya polishes, it had a great formula. As you can tell, it's kind of a dusty, green leaning Turquoise. 

Next we have Too Yacht Too Handle. For this swatch I used three thin coats. Like most neon polishes, it was streaky, but honestly nothing unbearable to work with. This is obviously the most vibrant of the Turquoise polishes.

Third is For Audrey. I used two coats for this swatch. This polish had a great formula as well. It's most similar to Wednesday. Main differences between the two is this polish is lighter as well as less green. Kind of a dusty Turquoise too, however.

Lastly I have Island Girl Surfer Babe. The formula on this one wasn't too great, pretty similar to Too Yacht Too Handle. For this swatch I used 3 thin coats as it was streaky as well. It was worth it though because it's such a gorgeous polish. It's just a tad lighter than Too Yacht Too Handle.
